This pool and poolhouse combination is another piece of an ongoing property enhancement project. It was designed and built to act as an at home oasis for family time as well as to entertain guests.

The pool is 16 feet wide by 44 feet long, with depths ranging from 3 to 8 feet. It is surrounded by nearly 1700 square feet of blue stone patio, accented by a Corinthian granite veneered retaining wall and wet bar.  

The poolhouse contains under bench storage areas, a changing room, sitting area and a loft that could be used for an afternoon nap as well as an overnight stay.
